Gade Surgery has a patient participation group (PPG)
The group sets its own agenda but its initial terms of reference are as follows:
The main function of the patient participation group is meeting to discuss matters relevant to the practice and group and to propose and carry out consequent actions if possible. The group will consider issues that it feels important and also act as representatives of the wider patient audience whose views are equally as important in formulating any proposals. The views of this wider audience will be sought by way of an internet discussion group, a suggestion box and by way of a practice survey.
If you would be interested in being a member of this group please speak to reception.
