Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking regular medication, the most efficient and preferred method to request a repeat order is via the online service.  Click here for details on how to sign up to this application.  Alternatively, we will accept email requests (prescription requests only)  or written requests, although as the surgery is becoming increasingly busy, the turnaround period when using these methods may be longer.  Please do not send anything other than prescription requests to the above email address, as we are unable to respond.

We cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.

Allow 72 hours for the prescription to be issued. Identification is required to collect prescriptions on behalf of others.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
