If you are taking regular medication, the most efficient and preferred method to request a repeat order is via the NHS App. Click here for details on how to sign up to this application, which is available for Android and Apple iOS mobile devices. It is not possible to download the app to your computer. Alternatively, we will accept written requests, although as the surgery is becoming increasingly busy, the turnaround period when using this method will unavoidably be longer.
We cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.
Allow 72 hours for the prescription to be issued. Identification is required to collect prescriptions on behalf of others.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
